Good morning, lovely readers! I’m glad to present you… another one of my blogs! Today, we are going to go to a lovely little shop in The Village called Mr. Muggler’s Trash and Rubbish! I’m going to see whether these things are actually trash and rubbish.

The place has always intrigued me. I stood in front of the door, ready to enter. It resembled a muggle house out of a children’s book. Square paned windows on a blue house. The roof was yellow, and the door was red–just like nearly every cliche children's drawing ever. I turned the golden doorknob and entered.

The shop was extremely interesting. I immediately liked the design–they made it look just like a regular Muggle living room. It was smaller than I thought it was going to be, but I still loved it nevertheless. There were a couch and a table in the center where some guests were sitting, and a cash register setup where a television stand would normally be. The floor was carpeted and the walls a light blue.

The first thing that caught my eye was an umbrella basket straight by the door. At first, I thought that these belonged to passerbys who didn’t want to hold their umbrellas when walking into the store. But it was partly cloudy outside, and there was no rain and also no need for a sunblocker. That’s when I saw the price tags on each of the umbrellas, and realized that they were actually some items for sale.

On the side of the room was a “technology counter.” As a half-blood, I knew exactly what these items were. I ran my hand over a large wall filled with power outlets. Each could be easily taken off the wall and into your hand for you to buy. Strange… the store didn’t seem to have any cables to plug into said outlets. Below the outlets was a small shelf filled with cameras. Seeing I had enough, I put one of the cameras in my hand.

Near the other side of the “living room” was a tall, brown bookshelf that only contained one book, which I thought was strange. There were probably fifty copies of “Guide to the Muggle World” on the topmost shelf. On the shelf below it, a map of London was showcased on the back of the bookshelf, with take-home copies next to it. The shelf below the maps had advent calendars and snowglobes.

I then realized that I had missed something. A row of rubber ducks had taken over the table. There were yellow ducks, blue ducks, red ducks–a whole rainbow of them. There were also some with scarves, hats, and little purses. There was even one with a little duck on its back. Naturally, I took that one.

After paying for everything at the cash register, which I realized was set upon an actual muggle TV stand, I exited out of the childish house and back into the village.

I hope you enjoyed today’s blog! Tell me in the comments where you would like me to go next!
