The Things You Will fontmeme.com

Need Are fontmeme.com

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cups butter, chilled

1/3 cups sugar, plus more for dipping

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cups raisins (these are optional!)

1 egg

2 tbsp milk (you can also use soy milk, still absolutely delicious!)

Directions fontmeme.com

  1. The first thing you’ll want to do is preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204.44 degrees Celsius if anyone wanted to know).
  2. In a food processor, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Cut the butter into tiny pats and pulse the food processor until completely combined. (In my case, I sat at the counter, hitting the button of the blender over and over but that’s not relevant..)
  3. Stir in the sugar and if you are using raisins, add those in at this time.
  4. Beat that egg and add that to this wondrous mixture we have created.
  5. Add the milk and vanilla and once again, pulse that food processor!
  6. Make the dough into balls, cover with sugar, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden.
