The Wands of Harry Potter’s Parents
Lily Potter’s Wand

Wands made of willow are uncommon, but harbor great healing power. While their owner may have insecurity in their spell-casting and overall, they are good at hiding them. Willow wands are considered very beautiful looking, a trait often connected to those they choose. They bond to people with great potential, and are known to enable advanced, non-verbal magic. They also value loyal, relaxed, and lively wizards and witches who appreciate family and friendships.
The core of Lily Potter’s wand is unknown, but could have been unicorn hair - wands made of willow and unicorn hair choose people who would give their life to defend others, such as Lily did with her son Harry
Lily Potter used her wand throughout her whole education until her passing
She carried it with her the night of Voldemort’s attack and it is unknown where she kept it
Her wand was most likely buried with her in Godrick’s Hollow
Ron Weasley also wielded a wand made of willow
James Potter’s Wand
"Your father, on the other hand, favoured a mahogany wand. Eleven inches. Pliable. A little more power and excellent for transfiguration. Well, I say your father favoured it — it's really the wand that chooses the wizard, of course."

Harry Potter’s Wand
"Harry had waved what felt like every wand in the shop, until at last he had found the one that suited him — this one, which was made of holly, eleven inches long, and contained a single feather from the tail of a phoenix. Mr Ollivander had been very surprised that Harry had been so compatible with this wand. 'Curious,' he had said, 'curious,' and not until Harry asked what was curious had Mr Ollivander explained that the phoenix feather in Harry's wand had come from the same bird that had supplied the core of Lord Voldemort's."
— Ollivander's description of this wand
