Welcome to this week’s tarot reading! Before I dive into what this week is all about, I want to point out that I am trying something new. Instead of one card per house, I am doing three! That way we can get a deeper and longer reading for each house and get a clearer answer of what the cards are trying to tell us. This week is finding out what your destiny is. What are you destined to do? And what are you destined to become? We will be looking into your career, love life, and more. Let’s look into each house and find out now!

 

Gryffindor

So here we have 3 Of Swords, The Tower, and 10 Of Wands all in reverse which usually means blocked energy. I can see that Gryffindor needs to take a moment and realize that you may be too harsh on yourself. You believe that you are meant to be something great and go beyond, and you are beating yourself up because you are scared that you might not reach that. It's ok to take a small job after graduation. There is no pressure for you to go off and be a legend. That's simply not your path. Some of you guys may be destined to take on brave jobs like Aurors and Curse Breakers, but know that you don't have to choose those jobs.

Now let’s talk about your love life fellow Gryffindors! The cards are telling me that it is going to be a rollercoaster. They are going to come into your life unexpectedly and in a shock. They are going to change your life and change you as a person. Your future partner will challenger you and your beliefs. Just know that your partner in the future is not just a generic love story. There are a lot of ups and downs, but they will stay by your side and protect you.

Now I want all the Gryffindors reading this now to know that the cards are telling me that you guys are putting way too much pressure on yourselves. You have this idea of being great and an easy-going love life, and you guys are trying way too hard to accomplish that. The truth is that you may not be one of the greats and your love life may be a bit rocky. But trust me when I say that it will all be worth it in the end.

 

Slytherin

For the Slytherin house, we have the Queen of Wands upright and then Five of Pentacles and King of Wands in Reverse. I just want to point out that Slytherins have both King and Queen of Wands. I see a very great future for you guys. Let's talk about your career first. You guys are very confident and prideful. You guys know exactly what you are meant to do. The Queen of Wands is telling me that you know exactly where to put your strengths. What you imagine yourself doing, you are most likely correct and can easily achieve that.

Moving on to Slytherin's love life. Your future partner is someone who is meant to take care of you emotionally and financially. You will meet them when you are at your lowest point. They will find you and get you back on your feet making you feel like life is worth living. It’s a beautiful love story!

You guys are natural born leaders, but you may be a bit ruthless. You guys have high expectations for yourself, and most of you are probably looking at taking on a leadership role in the future. Although I believe that that is perfect for most Slytherins, I must say that you don't have to bring others down to reach your goals, and you don't have to be what everyone else wants you or expects you to be.

 

Hufflepuff

Now it's time for Hufflepuff's reading! We have Nine of Pentacles upright and Four of Pentacles and King of Wands in reverse. I can see a very bright future for you guys! Because of two of the cards are pentacles and looking more at the Nine of Pentacles, I can see that you guys will have a very luxurious life style. Maybe you inherited some money or you will have a job that pays well. Regardless, you guys will have financial independence in the future.

Unfortunately, you love life doesn't seem to bright. Your future partner is definitely someone who recognize your financial gain. I have to let you guys know that your partner that you will be with in the future is very greedy. They will use your money and most likely will overspend. My advice to you is to make sure you are standing up for yourself and letting them know that you are not Gringotts.

Usually the King of Wands in reverse means ruthless and impulsive, but I feel like the cards are telling me something else. I think this card is trying to send you a warning of your future partner. You have dreams of having a perfect partner to share your wealth with, but your partner is taking advantage of that and is using you. You must build up the courage to say that enough is enough.

 

Ravenclaw

Last but not least, we have Ravenclaw with Nine of Pentacles upright and Ace of Swords and Eight of Swords in reverse. Like Hufflepuff, you have a very fortunate future. You guys will be financially stable and well taken care of. This is definitely something you have to work towards though, and it will not be easy. But trust me when I say it will all be worth it in the end. After working hard, you will have lots of time to relax and reflect on what you have accomplished.

Moving on to your love life. You might not want to admit this, but you guys have a grand idea about how you want your future partner to be. You have it all planned out, but you are probably too ashamed or scared of being judged and don't want to admit it. I hate to tell you, but you cannot plan out your relationships. Your future partner goes against everything you envisioned. This might frustrate you at first, but your future partner will open you up to new ideas and a better relationship than you imagined.

Based on the cards, you have an idea of what you want life to be like and everything have to be in perfect order. With those ideas you have, you are trapping yourself and not allowing yourself to reach your full potential. Unlike the person on the Eight of Swords who is physically trapped, Ravenclaws are mentally trapped in an idea of what they expect life to be. You don't have to have a step-by-step plan for the future. You guys are allowed to be spontaneous. It is your destiny after all!

 

Conclusion

And that is it! We have a lot of people who have high expectations for themselves and unrealistic ideas for the future. My advice to everyone regardless of what house you are in is to stop. Stop with the ideas that you have for the future. Things happen and life is very unplanned. You may have an idea of how life is supposed to be and things can always change. Live life to the fullest and don't let your expectations stop you.
