Hello folks and welcome to this weeks addition of From the Kitchen! In this post you will find marvelous magical sweets and treats to share with friends! This weeks treat is....

Butterbeer pudding cookies!

Now! Lets get started!

Here is the list of needed ingredients to make your! cookies

3/4 cup butter softened, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 egg, plus 1 yolk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 (3.5 ounce packet) instant butterscotch pudding mix, 2 cups of flour, and 1 cup of butterscotch chips

Baking Directions!

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

3.Beat the butter and sugar for 2 minutes with mixer on medium.

4.Add in egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined, scraping the sides of bowl as needed. Beat in the pudding mix for about 30 seconds.

5.With mixer on low, add in the flour, mixing until combined. Finally, add chips and mix until distributed.

6.Use a medium sized cookie scoop to scoop cookies. Either roll cookies for a "neater" look or drop dough right from scoop (for a more natural/rustic look) onto the prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.

7.Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are almost set. Do not over-bake or your cookies won't be as soft as intended.
