Overview

Colloportus is a charm that locked doors and other things, making sure that the lock could not be opened manually. It was featured in The Standard Book of Spells, Grade 1 and was the counter charm to Alohomora.

Effects

The effect of this charm is to lock doors and other things. Just move your wand in a straight line from left to right, go down, straight line back (right to left), and then down again. No light will be admitted, and the casting of this spell would mean that whatever was locked using this spell could not be opened manually.
