Overview

Homenum Revelio or the Human-Presence-Revealing Spell is a fifth year spell, and while it does not create a light when cast it does create an outline of a person if the spell detects someone. This spell has also been known to cause a rushing sensation through the target when discovered.

History

The Homenum Revelio Spell is a more targeted version of the Revelio spell, and falls within the group of Revelio spells. They all work on a similar premise but have variations in what they allow the caster to detect.

This spell is also nicknamed the Human-Presence-Revealing Spell, and subsequently does not work on non-human humanoid creatures such as goblins or house-elves.
