Overview
The confusing concoction is also known as the confusing draught. It is a potion that causes confusion in the person who drinks it. Known ingredients are Scurvy grass, Lovage and Sneezewort.
History
In the year of 1994 Harry Potter and his classmate had to brew confusion concoction for his third-year exam. But Harry didn’t succeed; he couldn't get his batch to thicken enough, which was required. There for Harry though he saw Snape giving him a 0. In 1995 Harry read about the confusion draught while he was trying to complete his homework. One night Harry was so distraught by his thoughts that he reread the same passage of text and fell asleep while doing so,
