Overview

Tergeo, or otherwise known as the Wiping Spell, is a sixth-year spell. It is often used by healers as it removes liquid from an object. A spell like this is particularly useful when removing substances such as blood.

History

It was commonly used by the so-called ‘golden trio’ during their Horcrux Hunt. They used it for a number of things, namely the removal of dust, grease, and blood.
