History

Roderick attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as a child, even receiving a Quidditch trophy. He was the seeker for the English National Quidditch Team twenty-two times. He invented a move known as the “Plumpton Pass” during a game against the Caerphilly Catapults in 1921. He caught the snitch after three and a half seconds of gameplay, setting the British world record for the fastest capture of a snitch during a game. Critics say it was an accident and that the snitch had just flown up his sleeve, but Roderick insisted it was intentional until his death. Plumpton was also highly accomplished in the arts; a painting of a witch and wizard couple still hangs on the walls of Hogwarts.
