Overview

The pungous onion is a magical plant with green leaves and an orange, elongated bulb at its base. It is very pungent, so contact with freshly chopped pungent onions is not advised. Chopping these onions will make one cry. Pungous onions hold magical properties that can be useful when making potions. For example, they are used as an ingredient in the Cure for Boils potion.
