Overview

Estaban Stubbe was an American wizard criminal who operated in the 1920s. In 1926, the Magical Congress of the United States of America put out a wanted poster for him, stating that he was on the run for the smuggling and murder of Muggles. He was noted as “bearing-wand, most menacing and extremely dangerous,” with a reward sum of 4,850 Dragots.
