Overview
Evan Rosier was born between 1953-1966-c 1981. Born to a pure-blood family raised as a Rosier and eventually attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as a Slytherin student. He was said to be a part of a group of fellow aspiring Death Eaters while in school. This included Severus Snape, Wilkes, Avery, and Mulciber. After his graduation from Hogwarts he would go on to become a Death Eater following Lord Voldemort and continued his support of him during the First Wizarding War. Towards the end of the war he was captured by Aurors and was killed by Alastor Moody while trying to resist arrest.

History
- Between 1953 and 1966- Evan Rosier was born to House Rosier.
- 1970s - Evan Rosier attended Hogwarts and was Sorted into Slytherin where he met like minded individuals as well as future fellow Death Eaters. After Graduation he joined the Dark Lord as a devoted follower.
- 1970-1981 - The First Wizarding War takes place, Death Eaters were pursued by Aurors fiercely during these times. Eventually Evan was caught by famous Auror Alastor Moody around the same time as Wilkes. The two resisted arrest, Rosier even blasting a large part of Moody’s nose off during their duel. By the end though Moody defeated and killed Evan. A year following Evan Death, Igor Karkaroff would try selling his comrades to the Council of Magical Law in exchange for his own freedom in avoidance of Azkaban. Among the names he would give sat Evan Rosiers as one of Voldemort’s important supporters, he was later made aware of Rosiers Death causing him unable to name him as it would be worthless.
