Overview
The famous potioneer and Herbologist Tilden Toots created the Regerminating Potion. The potion forces any plant to germinate. A few drops of this potion could revive a dead Flitterbloom. Professor Severus Snape was known to have taught this potion to his sixth-year students in 1990.
